I called about replacing my cracked windshield. I was told I would get a call back after the receptionist contacted the technician that does the work. After a few days and no call back, I called again. The receptionist could not find my information and I gave it to her again. This time she said my VIN no. was not in the system. I sent her a pic of the no. but never heard back. This is very unprofessional. If you don’t want my work, just let me know!
