The service was horrible and the work sub-par. We had to file a report with the Better Business Bureau and with a news agency investigative reporter because while our Lexus Hybrid was at Johnson Collision at Wakefield was in the shop for accident repair on the front bumper, we found a crack in our windshield which was not present when we put the vehicle in Johnson Collision at Wakefield for repair.
