Giving this place on 1 star is too much! This place is horrendous. It might look nice, but this is nothing more then a "get them in the door and get the money" organization. 3 years ago I quit going to this place, it was obviously the care was well below par and I could never get a definitive answer to any of my questions. Turned away when my dog was choking on something because I wasn’t a member...thanks for nothing
If I could write zero I would. After waiting over 1 hour and 15 minutes unable to get an earlier appointment 5 day we called in from our call. We were to be next so they said but no one came out of EVEN CALLED. We have used them for years -what changed? VERY POOR Service from the staff. I would not recommended the again to any of our friends.
