Fantastic staff but overwhelmingly crowded each visit. The last appt we had was probably the worst we have seen it. The office was so packed that families were literally lining the walls, there was not a single seat open due to over crowding/overbooked. 100% they were way over max capacity that day. I made the decision that was going to be our final appt at this establishment. This is not a suitable environment for for my son who becomes overwhelmed due to his autism spectrum disorder. My Kodak were see today and were not even back there 10 minutes and said they were done! My kids said they didn’t clean them, they didn’t brush them and they only put some liquid on them and said they were good to go for 6 months. I asked them about it my daughter’s issues and was told they can’t fix it. When asked for a referral to another office that could help, again we were told “we don’t do that either sorry”. I am very disappointed with their services to my kids and will be looking elsewhere. Thanks but no thanks.

We have been coming here since before the current company took over. The new company (JC Pediatric Dentistry) has done an amazing job taking over, adjusting and updating the facility. It has been improved a lot in the lobby as well as the rooms. My children enjoy coming to the dentist, my youngest actually asks me when her next visit will be!
