I use to take my Lincoln there and had no issues. I took my Ford flex there about two weeks. No communication what so ever. I had to literally go up there to see what was taking so long after my car was there for 5 days which the advisor failed to tell me the lights would take 3 to 4 more weeks to come in. They were on back order. I also had them look at the backup camera and now it doesn't work at all. Was going to charge me 1400 dollars to fix the lights.
