JCCF has a great community vibe. I always feel like my experience matters!

All the coaches are amazing! This class keeps my mental health in check and I’ve become so strong and have pushed my 42 year old body farther than I thought it could go! Amazing coaches, amazing workout buddies and an amazing workout family!
I’ve been going to this gym for 3 months now — the workouts are balanced and challenging. The owners (coaches), Phil and Tricia, are very helpful and welcoming — have definitely helped me with getting back into these movements. Feeling stronger and better enjoying it!
