I’ve been going to this gym for 3 months now — the workouts are balanced and challenging. The owners (coaches), Phil and Tricia, are very helpful and welcoming — have definitely helped me with getting back into these movements. Feeling stronger and better enjoying it!
New to the area and found a great group of coaches to continue CrossFit. The gym has all of the equipment you need to include rope climbs. Prices are very fair and the team is responsive if there are changes to the schedule. Drop-ins are warmly welcomed!
The workout was exactly what I was looking for! Phil and Trish are incredibly supportive and always aim to bring out the best in everyone who enters their gym. Keep up the fantastic encouragement, and I can't wait to see you all in the next class!
The owners and coaches at Johnson City CrossFit are truly top-notch. They’re not only knowledgeable and passionate, but also incredibly easy to communicate with and a joy to be around. From day one, you feel welcomed and supported the moment you walk into the gym. It’s a great environment filled with positive energy and a strong sense of community. Highly recommend!
This has been my first experience at a cross fit gym and I LOVE it! Been going for a few months now. There's lots of motivation to get you going and the coaches are knowledgeable and personable.
