Probably one of the worst service departments I’ve had the displeasure of dealing with. Their service rep Wayne still seems to think it’s ok to call adult women sweetie and kid. Their female rep decides if the customers do drop off or wait for their vehicles despite the customer stating what they’re going to do. I’m glad the only technician I would allow touch my vehicle based off recommendation left. Now I don’t have to deal with their service department.
Great experience as usual. Ricardo got me in the vehicle I wanted and we got my wife to switch over to GMC. The whole team was extremely helpful and always made the experience a pleasure. This is now my 3rd vehicle through Johnson and its safe to say I will be back when the time comes.
decent staff and manager. However when comes to finance there’s a potty mouth wanna be Wise guy(Jeff) that just thinks he knows it all and need some training on customer service and how to professionally interact with clients. The way he uses profanity in front of elderly family members just leaves a terrible taste on the dealership. Just the case of 1 rotten bad apple spoiling the whole crop.
