Here was my experience with Johnson Brothers plumbing 1. Our caretaker informed us that our water heater (still under warranty for parts) wasn't working. We called Jonson Brothers. They came right out while we were on the road driving south from MI. We paid them $240. 2. They called me to report that they needed to order two major parts: a control board and fan.
