Kim at Johnson Brothers was so awesome. Very professional and extremely helpful. I walked in and she greeted me with a smile. Kim acted quickly and efficiently. Not sure if she knew I was in a bit of a rush. She was so prompt and helpful. She took my request and handled it like a true professional. She even contacted me a few days later to update me on my special order and make sure I had everything I needed to track my order. As a business owner I would love to have her on my team. John Brothers did a great job on our door upgrade project! They helped us select a quality door, took all the measurements, ordered it in, and were the most cost competitive. Their installer did a fantastic job as well!
I can’t recommend this company enough! We had Larry come out to repair some issues that a previous company had left us with (DON’T ever use Amazing Exteriors!) Larry is so detail oriented and organized, he was on time and really professional. Qualities that this sector seems to be really lacking these days! Our windows work so smoothly now and he has restored our faith in the quality of Marvin windows! We are very happy - finally :) can’t recommend Johnson brother enough. And if you get Larry that’s just a cherry on top :)
