I called last Friday for an emergency leak, and to their credit, they were able to send a tech out within a few hours — that was the only good part. The tech opened a hole in my ceiling and said the upstairs shower walls were leaking. He told my roommate he would speak with his boss about fixing it. My roommate asked him to call me (the homeowner and the number listed on the service call) to discuss the diagnosis and repair plan. He never called.
