My Johnson Becker attorney was "there for me" at a time of great despair. He had superb insight into the nature of my condition / injuries, and ultimately my diagnosis from my treating physicians. He was patient, reassuring, personable, even-tempered. My employer was most unethical in their tactics. I was confident in my case per the attorney's assessment and initial motion sent to the court. That was 5 years ago. I was told that these injury cases take a long time and I settled in for the long haul. They kept in contact very sparingly but each time I interacted with the attorney or staff everything seemed to be going well under the original circumstances of the details in my case. The people at this office will not do their work! They lose a lot of documents *** **** ***. I filled out long questionnaires that were supposedly lost. They refused to obtain medical records as they were supposed to. I had a friend who worked for two Texas boards that licensed medical professionals. She explained to staff at Johnson Becker how to obtain medical records and they just would not do it.
