Very friendly and helpful
Excellent customer service. Jim diagnosed my Chevy Van correctly. After it already been to another shop 3 times.
After making inquiries with other shops, speaking with Jim and his knowledge about my specific problem. I decided to work with him. He was very informative and helpful with my questions. Very prompt service, a lot sooner completion than I originally expected. Pricing was about what I expected from other inquiries I had made, actually a little less than quoted from others. Jim and his crew do excellent work at reasonable pricing. I have a 2005 Yukon Denali with over 183,000 miles. With those miles things start to go wrong and Jim did a great job repairing leaks, brakes, power steering, among other things that the vehicle needed. Great job! Customer for life!
