Asked very specifically for a front end DIAGNOSTIC to be performed. I was called to be informed of a couple of minor issues I replied that I was out to supper and would get back with him immediately after. 20 minutes later I returned the call to tell him I was on the way to pick up the vehicle from the aforementioned DIAGNOSTIC appointment to find that they were already beginning the repairs that I had absolutely NEVER eluded to wanting in any way. My mom and I were in eureka springs and had an issue with a gravel road ripping the bottom of the cover below the car and it was dragging the grounds, and they fixed us up in about 15 minutes and only charged us $20 to get us back on the road. Life savers! Great service and friendly folks 👍🏻
