I couldn't be more satisfied. Alex was above and beyond courteous, and helpful over the phone multiple times. The people at Johnson stayed overtime when I had some issues and couldn't make it before they closed, and although I offered to pay for their extra time, when I got there, they said there was no need. They pay top dollar in comparison to all the other auto wreckers, and yards in the entire Ottawa and Gatineau region, ( I called most of them for quotes ). Will update the ranking depending on the outcome. Struggled to get a part recently were very helpful, right until I paid for the part and shipping. After that no replies, no shipping update. Only reason I haven’t assumed I’m scammed is they took the part listing down on Hollander and auto-part. Extremely disappointed if it was a scam. If not disappointing communications and updates
Gary was super responsive and helpful. We were coming quite a distance so he sent recent photos and had the car pulled into the front before our arrival. Couldn't have asked for better service and business.
Sold my car for salvage. Called and spoke to Gary who gave me a decent price for my vehicle and was able to have the driver pick it up earlier than expected as I mentioned to him that I was going out of town for a month within a few days. The driver who came(called me before arriving) to pick up the car was very friendly, fast and efficient and he paid me cash on the spot as promised. I would definitely do business with them again. Maybe next time for auto parts as driver mentioned they deliver.
