This company is excellent, (Unfortunately), I have had the necessity to get extensive body work done on my car in the last several years (a deer, then a few years later, a pickup truck hit the back of my car) - but both times this company did the repairs, and they are absolutely top-notch, everyone from the front office person to the person doing and managing the actual work - they are great...I would highly recommend...
Great service and great work, or at least it used to be... They've always been my first call for repairs. Now I won't be back. I called to schedule a time to have my vehicle looked at (used to be able to drive up and get an estimate) and they indicated they would need to locate paperwork. Two weeks later and checking back they still haven't gone to look at paperwork. Now without an estimator service has declined. I will be going to Baker's moving forward.
