There are not enough stars on this rating for Dr. Shine and the office! I called here as the office my mother used to go closed down. Pam who answered the phone was incredibly helpful, polite and answered any question we had. My mother’s appointment was booked within a 2 week timeframe. I can't say enough about Johnson Audiology, their staff, and Dr. Maynard. The office is clean and very professional. I brought my mom, who's been reluctant about getting hearing aids. After the extra care and patience of the staff and Dr Maynard fitting her with the right hearing aids for her, she is elated with the outcome. I would highly recommend this team for your hearing needs.
