He answered quickly and came out when he said he would. He only charged me the fee to come out and look at it. He was able to just clean out the vent and trim it and that fixed the problem with my dryer. I was so concerned about it being something serious, and it was just that whoever put the tubing to the outdoors did not trim it properly, and it was bent over obstructing the vent. Mr. Johnson quoted me a specific amount to come out and look at our washing machine. When he got here, yes he gave us the part number n have us order it per him simple self replacement. Then was told a different amount to pay for service call to my husband. I stated to him the amount quoted on the phone to me. He got all hissy and stated at least gave us the part # unless wants him to come back to put part in. I didn't argue with him just paid him the additional amount because not worth it. He’s my local go to for appliances services and repairs. 10 years ago he serviced a washer for me. It was fixed when I thought it was junk for the dump. Now I needed help with a dryer. He showed up on the day I called and that was enough to make him a top notch service technician in my book!!! He had the part on his truck and my dryer was fixed that day!! He’s a great guy.
