Mr. Johnson quoted me a specific amount to come out and look at our washing machine. When he got here, yes he gave us the part number n have us order it per him simple self replacement. Then was told a different amount to pay for service call to my husband. I stated to him the amount quoted on the phone to me. He got all hissy and stated at least gave us the part # unless wants him to come back to put part in. I didn't argue with him just paid him the additional amount because not worth it. He’s my local go to for appliances services and repairs. 10 years ago he serviced a washer for me. It was fixed when I thought it was junk for the dump. Now I needed help with a dryer. He showed up on the day I called and that was enough to make him a top notch service technician in my book!!! He had the part on his truck and my dryer was fixed that day!! He’s a great guy.
