Jeff is very unprofessional and rude in handling customer calls. A call was made to the business , an appointment for mobile service was requested for the following day after 12 noon. Price quote given and accepted. After no show, I called the business and Jeff responded, "I told you to call me". I replied, I made the initial call for service and as a *Business" I would have expected you to contact the potential customer if you could not make the appointment. He rudely hung up the phone.
