Just POOR. The closing atty missed a lien on my property and 4 mos AFTER closing the finance company sends me a bill due for almost $12k! The lien was on file and when I tried to discuss with him directly. Wow! Beyond unprofessional and rude. Mind you the sale was a result of a divorce now putting us in a spot to have to figure out how get this resolved and still paying! Where’s the responsibility? Nope. I’d think again
