I had a sump pump burn out. They were able to send someone within 24 hours of my call when I couldn't even get any other business to pick up the phone. They identified the issue and replaced the pump same day. The person they sent was professional and polite. I was pleased with their work and relieved to have the issue resolved to prevent our lower level from flooding from all the snow melt.

I have a rental dwelling and personal cabin property in Starbuck/Glenwood area but don't live anywheres close by. Two separate times, I've had issues with furnaces. Low and behold, it was in the dead of winter. Another furnace vendor from Glenwood recommended a very expensive part that would take 3-4 days to get.
