Regarding the water heaters, I have no complaints to make at all. I had no issues about asking any member of the team any question because I was confident that I would get a response and that they would handle the situation in a responsible manner.
They delivered on their promises fast and with no additional fees (and no broken tile). What more could you possibly want from a contractor? Fortunately, they were able to access it from a nearby bedroom wall and avoided damaging our tiling.
I was able to make an appointment for the same day, and the repair took only an hour. This was fast and worked well. Also, the prices are fair!

When our tankless water heater broke, they came the next day to fix it. Compared to other quotes, theirs seemed fair, and they were quick and easy to talk to. Great service, would recommend for sure.
