The communication on my jewelry repairs was wonderful. I knew the timeline and approximate price from the beginning. The repairs were well done and I'm completely satisfied and will go back again in the future.
I brought in my ring to have the prongs checked an cleaned. Everyone I interacted with were very friendly and helpful. She answered all my questinons. I will definitely return to have other jewelry repaired. It took 2 days to get my ring back. Very happy and satisfied with the whole experience.
