My Sharp Aquos 70" went black on the entire left side of the TV. I called Sharp and they offered me no assistance with the issue. It was only a few weeks after the warranty was up. My brother-in-law had a previously great experience with John. I called him up and he talked me through his entire process, which was very transparent, courteous and professional.
