A further dissatisfied customer Last year, I hired John Tree Service to remove approximately 6 trees, 5 of which were in the flower bed. We had used John's tree service for both tree removal and wood purchasing in the past without any problems. This time however, we were shorted on our multi-cord purchase. After numerous phone calls and texts we were ignored. Never heard from John like we were told we would. They never tried to resolve the problem. Truly disappointed. I Will never use them again and recommend you don't either. Wow! I was initially anxious about selecting a tree service, but I consider myself fortunate to have chosen John's Tree Removal. They fulfilled all of my requests, such as trimming trees down to the trunk and near the top. John arrived on time with his crew and left Jason in charge of five other workers. The team performed exceptionally well, exceeding my expectations.
