If My transmission went out a thousand miles away I would still bring it to John's 100%
I brought my truck in thinking there was an issue with the transmission. John diagnosed it with a bad misfire on cylinder 1. I was ready to pay him for the diagnosis, but he didn’t even charge me for it since it wasn’t an issue with the transmission. We’ve already been to see him for transmission work on another vehicle, and we will go to him every time we need it in the future. He’s a good and honest man, I’m thankful he’s in the area.
Very impressed!!! Staff is very professional. I never felt like I was being talked down to or being taken advantage of. My vehicle was quickly CORRECTLY diagnosed and repaired in a very short period of time. Definitely recommend!!!
