Almost impossible to tell when he's open there's many times I went down on open hours signs lit but gate locked
He seems fair. I do not like that he doesn't tell u exactly what he is giving you for what. I brought in several movies...bkueray, regular, some in right cases, clear plastic ones, all types. The amount he gives always varies andcu never get a clear answer why. Other than that he is pretty fair.
i was tremendously broke and he gave me 20 dollars for a crappy necklace...he has heart
