Mr. Ben is very professional. Clean shop, and clean changing room. He’s fast and he still takes a moment to explain and listen to your needs throughly. Cash only, so make sure you bring some. He also worked with me on how busy he is despite ringing up a large order on such a short notice.
Had a lovely experience with this shop! Ben was friendly, on time, and his prices were more reasonable than the last place that did alterations for me. The sport coat he altered turned out so much better than I could have expected. You can tell he is an expert at his craft.
Called to inquire about getting a zipper repaired on a coat, and he got extremely mad and said I called before and that he was absolutely never doing it. I’ve never called — I just found the business online and saw the good reviews. Kinda shocking the number of good reviews he has, considering he cut me off after all I said was I had a coat and then threw a temper tantrum. If I could give zero stars, I would.
