I wanted to share my excellent experience with John's Restoration after they worked on my 2024 Ford F150. I brought my car here a little while ago and all seemed fine they were nice and didn’t take super long for the repairs. However, after charging me for multiple parts I discovered they had only actually replaced one thing my rear bumper. After a week or two of emailing them back and forth and them continuously lying to me I finally got a refund. Obviously only for the part they told me they replaced and never did. John and his wife were an absolute pleasure to work with. I had some swirling in the paint of my Suburban and they got me taken care of quickly. The paint now looks like the day it came off the production line. Many thanks to John and his team for being professionals. Definitely recommend!
