Excellent experience from the time I rolled up and asked for an estimate until the time I got back truck back fixed perfectly! The team at John's Restorations were professional, courteous, friendly, and communicated frequently on the process and when things were complete. Hopefully I won't ever need their services again, but if I do, they will be the first place I take my vehicle. I highly recommend.
They really took care of us and did an excellent job and dealt well with insurance!
Unprofessional and Unaccountable My experience with John’s Restoration was incredibly disappointing. I was met with repeated communication issues, delays, and outright refusal to provide basic documentation for repairs done through their third-party vendor. When I asked Terri (co-owner) for receipts and vendor info, I was interrupted, dismissed, and even told they could contact the vendor to prevent them from speaking with me, completely unprofessional. Went in for an estimate for a small paint correction job, and he gave me some ideas and guidance on how to save money and if the correction was even worth it. These guys aren't out to take your money, they are here to help you out. I appreciate the honesty.
