Had a so called technician attend today. Charged an extra $100.00 dollars for call out fee to Highton Geelong- was discussed last week at $250.00 dollars but inflated to $350.00 dollars- changed via pencil on receipt? The technician emptied the fridge and the advised we need new hinges and charged another 250.00 dollars. Talk about lack of value for money. Supposed to be Miele experts - could not attend to the hinges nor had any parts with him. Certainly not happy- Contesting the call out fee and paid 550 for advice of purch... read more

John was very generous in sharing some unsolicited advice on a few things to try and test before making the appointment for a call out to check my air-conditioning unit. The advice was very sound (and welcomed!) which resulted in resolving the issue I was experiencing. Would recommend!

I paid almost $1000 to have my AC regassed. I also asked the technician to check out my other air con unit which they did not. Being a single female was clearly overcharged. A few years later, I again have another gas leak. When I contacted John’s air con repairs they did offer any help. I am disappointed with the service.
