Highly recommended! Sam was extremely professional setting up the same day repair. Lindsay was extremely knowledgeable and was able to fix the ducted heating system when many other companies did not give it much hope. Thanks again!

Had a so called technician attend today. Charged an extra $100.00 dollars for call out fee to Highton Geelong- was discussed last week at $250.00 dollars but inflated to $350.00 dollars- changed via pencil on receipt? The technician emptied the fridge and the advised we need new hinges and charged another 250.00 dollars. Talk about lack of value for money. Supposed to be Miele experts - could not attend to the hinges nor had any parts with him. Certainly not happy- Contesting the call out fee and paid 550 for advice of purch... read more
John was very generous in sharing some unsolicited advice on a few things to try and test before making the appointment for a call out to check my air-conditioning unit. The advice was very sound (and welcomed!) which resulted in resolving the issue I was experiencing. Would recommend!
