We had both plumbing and electrical work done this week and I have to say that John, Evan, Chuck, and Jacob were exceptional and professional! We were thrilled with the work done and with their expertise!

You know those very rare occurrences when the level of customer service is knowledgeable, they go the extra mile, and the experience is just perfect in every way? This was my good fortune this past Friday, Dec 12th. Justin Barnes came out, performed what needed to be done and did not depart until the situation was 100% resolved. AS ALWAYS, thank you so much! First rate service at a fair price. We have an older house with old pipes so we have issues every now and then, and John’s has been our team of choice for years. Justin and Jackson were terrific. Highly recommended.
It was super easy to make an appointment to have 3 leaky toilet tanks repaired. Justin and Jackson called during the service window I had been given and gave me a 30 minute heads up. They diagnosed the issues, had the parts on the truck, gave me an estimate, did the work, and tested all the changes. Everything was fixed and double checked. Justin and Jackson were very polite, clearly explaining what needed to be done, and I appreciated the great service and prompt response. This is why we have used John’s for years.
