Had a sewer back up on a Saturday night, they sent Paul and John out and they were amazing! Very kind and skilled guys! So thankful for them spending there weekends helping folks out!

Without John's Plumbing I would sincerely be lost as a home owner. A 5 star company that continues to shine time after time. My latest tech Anthony was professional, courteous and delt with my issue with an outdoor valve incredibly and professionally and I did not have a care in the world. Highly recommend this company if you are looking for total peace of mind and a job well done. Johns Plumbing simply ROCKS!!!

I had a scheduled maintenance visit today with Chris from John’s Plumbing. I have been a customer for at least 20 years. This company has always employed the nicest folks. Today I was treated to the usual friendly, punctual, and knowledgeable service from Chris. The techs always exude confidence and trustworthiness. I’ve had the same experiences with the Plunbing disco vision as well.

Worst service ever! I usually don't leave reviews, but this was ridiculous. We had a leaky water service line in the yard that they checked on 11/15 in the dark and found nothing, but charged $170 for an after-hours visit. On 11/16 they returned, we paid the fee, and they offered to put an estimate together to replace the line. Still no estimate by 11/27, so I called their office (Randall) and he was going to discuss with manager (Keith) and get back to me. Nothing. Very professional. Was able to fit us in same day for service. Called 30 minutes ahead. I would use them again.
