Do not use! Service is terrible! No heat or hot water for over month. They said that they wouldn't be able to come out and look at it for 2 weeks, then nobody showed up. Service manager said that it was my fault, that I canceled. Then she hung up on me.
Nobody answered at landline or cell after calling several times
They never answered when I called - so don't have anything to say!!
We are very pleased with John's Plumbing and Heating. They did a total remodel of the plumbing in an old fixer upper we purchased. It was a tough job but they have made it work. Our plumber Bill has been a great problem solver. I appreciate all the heroic trips he has made into our very tight crawl space. I highly recommend this company.
