I typically don't post BAD reviews, but I felt it is important to warn consumers about vendors who take advantage of them. This provider, John Pickett, of John's Plumbing Heating & More took critical advantage of us during an emergency kitchen sink clog. John’s Plumbing came to help us with a back up in our basement drain and toilet. They graciously came out ahead of schedule on a Sunday. We used a Big Name plumber company a few weeks prior costing us $400- for maybe 15 mins of work, only to be told that the Big Name plumber had to come back to use a hydro jet for an additional $1200 to clear our line of roots. Showed up after hours on my schedule. On time. I experienced a problem with the water heater I had purchased, and he waited while I went to exchange it, then knocked out the job in good time. Down to earth, hard working man.
