I have been hearing and seeing all kinds of posts that they WILL NOT REFUND people’s $$$$ because they need to cancel their reservations!! It is Government ordered so they are not allowed to be on the beach. Not their fault so maybe you should rethink your policies!!????

We have been going to SANDY SHORES for over 36 years.....We finally bought 6 years ago... We have the best pool...location...John's Pass family to help your every need... Great beach right outside your door.. John's Pass right across the street .....best restaurant's anywhere... we have traveled both sides of Florida ....none better than Madeira beach.
As of now my rating is based on purely the first 12 hours of my stay. I am a current guest here at the condos. Just got in yesterday (7-22-18)evening around 6PM. The fire alarm just went off around 4:30 AM. THANK GOD our husbands are firemen and can assess if the situation was serious because NOONE ANSWERED THE AFTER HOURS EMERGENCY PHONE LINE!!!!!! Or the regular phone line. Plus WiFi sucks!!!! Get it together! Next time your customers may not be so fortunate. The condo is great, view is great, no complaints there but, safe... read more
