Johns Pass Condo #*** was not what we expected. Needed TLC, bugs, rust on vents, dust and mold on ceiling near all vents. I emailed pictures to MGR with no response.
Never ever book with St. John’s Pass Condo Rentals!!!! We had a reservation for the week of October 12, 2024. This is when the tragic hurricane hit. We love this area and are so heartbroken. Our prayers are with everyone. St John’s condo rentals refuses to give a refund The lady I spoke with was very rude and kept talking over top of me and hung up on me. I have always used Sunhost rentals in the past and I will only use them in the future.
Johns Pass Condos will not refund money for condo booked for the week of October 12, 2024. First of all, they took all money up front. Thats the first time I have had that happen Usually the company takes a percentage then the rest at check in. This was after the terrible hurricane and they were not even open the week that we were supposed to be there. Staff is very rude and one lady hung up on me. Unbelievable
Only gave it a 1 because I couldnt give it a zero! Checked into unit 203 with water flooding out of the kitchen tiles. All they offered was to bring us towels, which were hand towels at that. All week the unit smelled of mildew. All blinds were broken, which wouldnt have been a problem but we had kids sleeping on the pull out sofa and the sun comes up at 6am. Tiles were broken all over the floor, and my son cut his toe. TVs didnt work, furniture was falling apart and the screen door fell off of the balcony door. They kept bl... read more
Do NOT use this company!!! They are terrible to work with. We rented Beach Place unit 110 in May for 12 days. This unit was not as it was described on their website. It was FILTHY. The owners should be embarrassed by the lack of upkeep. There were cabinet doors off the hinges. Broken closet doors. Holes in the walls and room doors. Broken pictures stuffed in the bedrooms. The dishwasher was in such nasty shape that I would not have even washed dog bowls in it. We had to wash the dishes that were in the cabinet prior to use a... read more

Terrible customer service. They owed me a credit, agreed to a credit....no credit received. They stopped responding. Booked at the same place with a better company.
My name is Jenny Garcia, I’m currently staying at Madeira Norte 411. Where do I begin.. okay the day of Checking we were able to get in the condo around 7:30 because we couldn’t find the 411 box. After several calls to the emergency line finally they picked up and told me they were sorry but if was not labeled 411 it had a Viking sticker... REALLY okay whatever it happens. Would NEVER EVER book with this company again. Once the Covid 19 Crisis hit we called them and were told no refunds would be given. We had already paid in full. We have been put a shelter in place in our state, we called and they misrepresented Florida and the virus. They stated its "business as usual", this was all a "scare tactic".
