Never ever book with St. John’s Pass Condo Rentals!!!! We had a reservation for the week of October 12, 2024. This is when the tragic hurricane hit. We love this area and are so heartbroken. Our prayers are with everyone. St John’s condo rentals refuses to give a refund The lady I spoke with was very rude and kept talking over top of me and hung up on me. I have always used Sunhost rentals in the past and I will only use them in the future.
Would NEVER EVER book with this company again. Once the Covid 19 Crisis hit we called them and were told no refunds would be given. We had already paid in full. We have been put a shelter in place in our state, we called and they misrepresented Florida and the virus. They stated its "business as usual", this was all a "scare tactic".
