The guys that do the work are great but I've been waiting 3 months for them to come back and all I get are excuses. Probably fine for a quick job, but stay away for anything more complex. Hopefully you don't end up with Jason as he is too busy staring at his computer and shouting at anyone that has done a days work and wants to finish to be of any use
I had a leak 15 and a half months ago and the works were only just completed recently. Hastings and MA Assist were a complete waste of time but Johns of Nottingham were terrible apart from Everton who painted our living room, he was brilliant and I’ll give him alone 5 stars. Jason however I’m giving him no stars because he measured my bathroom so he could fit a new unit, then didn’t get back to me, I had to chase him and he had to come over again to measure again. Has a great service from John's after having flood damage can't fault the work and we are really pleased with the finish the guys worked really hard.
