Bought 2 trees 2 yrs ago planted by Johns nursery. They both died. I’ve tried to get some sort of help. I’ve called and emailed multiple email addresses and not one person has responded ever. Now I paid $1000 for dead trees. There is no customer support or service. All of my emails and calls have been ignored.
I have had wonderful experiences here. The staff are always so kind and helpful. Not to mention the selection of perennials, shrubs and trees is amazing. Anything I plant from here always grows healthy and looks beautiful 🤩 Keep up the good work!
