This business does now value customers Mom and pop place, they are both pretty sour. The older lady with white (maybe supposed to be blonde?) hair goes out of her way to be confrontational. I am a war veteran with severe hearing loss; the old lady thought that the handicap was fair game to make fun of. Won't throw my business to folks like that. OVS in Mac also does Echo and they are 100% professional.

I went to there shop and bought $41.00 of parts and later found out I didn't in them. So I went back to his shop and he said do you have a receipt. I didn't but told him that I could show him on my phone on my bank statement. He then said ok I will have to have my wife write you a check. I said ok I will come back when she is in. so today I call the shop to see if his wife was in and he laughed and said this is her day off.
