If I could give John's a minus 10 rating I would. This is the worst move we have ever had in 27 moves (55 years). They could damage the working parts of a steel ball. Then claim it wasn't their fault because we packed it Can you image a 77 year old packing a king size mattress, neither can I, because it didn't happen. John's crew packed it, damaged it and refused to pay for the damages. Plus we bought the extra insurance.
Movers did not wrap the furniture as discussed at price estimate. The movers did not pack the first truck correctly and so they had to get another truck to finish loading which took all afternoon. They transferred our belongings onto another Bekins truck so they could deliver it to South Carolina from North Carolina. In the process, our furniture got banged up and dishes were broken.
