John went out of his way to help us with a tough situation. We burned up a hub on a double-axle trailer towing a 28 foot cabin cruiser a little north of his shop on M-66. He came out on a Sunday afternoon on a moment's notice and helped us get the the trailer to his shop, where he got us up and running again. John's a reliable, down-home guy, and did great work for us.
