Prompt and in constant communication. Sub contractors they used were top notch professionals.
I had, what I felt to be a less than satisfactory experience with John's Lyng when having my plumbing leak assessed by them. I felt the 2 week process in submitting a report from their end to my insurer was far too long and being kept in the dark with no updates was frustrating. I do appreciate, however, the management taking the time after receiving my honest feedback to check in with me, apologise for how my claim was handled and do all they could from their end to improve their service.
