Terrible customer service all about the business and money. Left my pool open at the end of October while I was dealing with a family medical crisis which made it impossible for me to close the pool. Very disappointed in the compassion of a fellow local business.
So happy we called Johns. They set us up with a new pump and even tracked down a leak we have been struggling with since last year. The whole team was friendly, quick, and made the process really easy. Our pool has never run better. Thank you!
