How do I get assistance and get treated fairly? There is a contingency clause in the contract about me upon selling my home. Well life has not been granted. I have given David Weekley Homes in good faith 16,000.00 dollars. I have put my house on the Market for sale. I have even had my identity stolen. I have had some personal family medical issues.
