I had an issue with my stove just before New Years. My appliance insurance, Old Republic Home Protection, assigned John to my case. He came by on January 3. The problem was solved five months later on May 8th. He made excuses when he scheduled with me on multiple times to come and fix my stove and never called to say that he wasn't going to come. He was rude when he did come and had me help him work on the stove. The only good thing I can say is that my stove works five months later.

John comes to my door no introduction. Didn’t call to let me know when he was coming. He was suppose to fix my refrigerator that was not keeping cold. Instead of even checking the temperature. He says well your ice cubes are freezing. Checks the baffle and air was coming thur but he told me to rearrange my refrigerator Milk is never suppose to be put on the door ? Completely incompetent. My dog could have done a better job at diagnosing the issue with our refrigerator. Told us that it’s not working because it’s humid outside. Excuse me? The refrigerator is inside. His fix was to throw hot water all over my kitchen.
