Worst customer service I ever had to experience.
We bought both my engagement ring and wedding band at John’s. We go back every year for a free cleaning and inspection. Not one of the many diamonds have ever been loose or fallen out. The large diamond on my engagement ring is very high profile so I end up banging It sometimes.. but it’s solid. They are genuinely nice, honest people to deal with. Going this weekend for my ring inspection...and to browse....😉
