Only giving it one star because Google won't let me give zero. Took my engagement ring in to be sized. It was my grandmother's, and about 60 years old. I waited longer than what was told for it to be done. And when I picked it up, it was missing a diamond. When brought to their attention they didn't seem concerned and said it must have fallen out in the cleaning solution. It is closed now
I struggle to even give one star. Had a gift set aside on layaway. My husband went in to pay it off and was told that it’s been too long and the items were put back on the shelf and we would not be getting our money back. I expected better. Very disappointed. Will never ever shop there again.
