Love working with John's! Their customer service and products are top notch!
I bought a Quiet Zone Ford third member from John's, but it was just as noisy as others I've tried from other vendors. John's did an exchange for another Quiet Zone unit. It was somewhat quieter, but not in any way was it quiet. Insanity would be trying a third time and expecting to get a quiet unit. One star for not supplying a quiet unit. Another star for good customer service.
