They did a great job and got the work done quickly. Left the job site clean. Straight forward and good to deal with.
John was absolutely incredible and I'd recommend him to anyone! I’d give a higher rating than perfect if I could. He was responsive when we called, arrived quickly, found the problem quickly, clearly communicated the problem, was perfectly transparent about turnaround time, did the work on the stated timeline, charged a very fair price, and was generally a delight.
We discover a water leak from our ceiling shortly after we got up at 6:30am on a very rainy day after Christmas. John's House Improvement came up in the Google search my wife did during breakfast. After reading his stellar reviews, she called him. He was at the Lowe's not far from our house and was at our door shortly afterward and then went up on the roof and quickly assessed the issue. John was so fast at fixing the wind damage that my roof had and is super nice. Great prices too.
I had a great experience working with John. He was very responsive to my initial request and came out quickly to inspect my roof. He clearly explained the issue and showed picture and video evidence of the damage, which I really appreciated. After completing the repair, he also shared pictures and video of the work he did. John fixed the problem right away and did an excellent, professional job. His pricing was very fair as well. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing roof repairs.
