Not at all pleased with the bedside manners and care provided specifically by nurse practitioner Ashley Zinalabedini. I moved here from Michigan because of my husband's job and had been receiving amazing care from Bronson Methodist Hospital. From the moment she walked in I felt belittled and pressured. This place is disgusting and they treat the patients with no respect. There were cobwebs all over the exam room and the room was a mess, they left me waiting for the doctor for almost 45 minutes butt naked, even though I had an appointment, without any apology or explanation. Not sure how they're allowed to practice given the lack of sanitization. It's a shame that there aren't many alternatives in the area but looking to switch immediately.
I always get the best care here I recommend them to everyone ! I have seen quite a few doctors here and they are all fantastic !
They make you come for an appointment and when you show up they ask for self pay because they don't know is they take your insurance don't waste your time go somewhere else.
Great staff and I enjoy my obgyn, he makes an awkward time funny 😆 as we talk about video games.
