I've been a patient of Johns Hopkins for years, but this women's center is AWFUL. I feel as though I've gotten the delays and run-arounds while trying to have a polyp remove from my ovary. There was no MD available in January, so I had to book with a NP. The NP cannot perform the removal. So I make an appt with a MD, only the MD isn't available for in-person, just Telehealth...so I book it. She can't do anything. Now I'm back at square #1 trying to find an MD to remove my polyp. I visited the location yesterday August 5 for a 3 PM appointment. I was greeted by this rude secretary (blank woman) that coincidentally did the same thing to me the review under me had an issue with. I got in around 309 when there is a 15 minute grace period and had called the office to say that I would be late and asked if I would still be able to come to the appointment so I didn’t waste my time driving to the appointment. Johns what is wrong with this location??? I have been trying to schedule an appointment as a new patient online and by calling. Both ways keep telling me there are no future appointments available.
Asked us to come at 6. Never got in for MRI until 8. When we complained, they gave us attitude. Worst place for MRI.
had an appointment on May 12, 2025 at the OB/gyn my appointment was at 8:00am I arrived 15 minutes after my appointment as soon as I got to the receptionist it was still 8:15 she then tells me let me go ask the doctor if she can still see you this was after she had taken my insurance and I.D so really she wasted another minute taking my cards instead of just simply going to ask the doctor like she had said being that it was 8:15 to be exact.It is now 8:16 when she comes back and says you will have to reschedule I said why is... read more
